“CLUB DRAW - To-nightLast weeks draw was 'won'. Actually the closest ball to the winning ball (No. 12) was No.11 - "Charity". This was reserved in former member Ian Newton's memory several years ago. Since a charity cannot win chocolate - the consolation prize - the money was awarded. The decision of those present was that it go to Jim Main's charity fundraiser.Therefore, to-night is a fresh draw, with a fresh sheet. £1 a go, 50% of proceeds to the winner, or a small consolation prize to the closest.Thanks and Good Luck.”
