Mick Durham’s stunning ‘Predator and Prey’ has won another national award.  The image of a young male sparrowhawk grabbing a coal tit in mid-air has been awarded the gold medal in the Royal Photographic Society Members’ Exhibition. Mick’s photograph was selected for the top honour by internationally acclaimed photographer Joe McNally who said: “This is a moment, plain and simple.  Tack-sharp, peak action, good light and well managed background.”

The image also features in the British Wildlife Photography Awards Collection 7 after being Highly Commended in the Animal Behaviour category.
