Introduction to the club and Syllabus

This night is for new members and for members who still do not grasp what is in their sights within the syllabus giving them time to ask questions and take in what is available to them within the club. Rod will also be there to answer questions about league competitions he will also look at your prints if you bring some along for constructive comment.

next week mon 9th Mick will take you through how to size your images for entering projected digital images (pdi). after tea Margaret will talk about how to size your photographs for printing.

On the 24th which is a Tuesday there will be a meeting in Gracefield with 3 corners. Rod and John will be looking at your prints for a discussion night, Margaret will be talking about mounting your Photographs for entering into the competitions and previding Ian can find the time he will do a corner on the web site and uploading your pdi's if Ian can not make it I am sure one of the committee members will be available.

I very much doubt I can make it but if anyone has any queries (I had two members that needed help last night) then just ask on any Wednesday night and I can usually sort things out there and then using my phone. I mention this document a lot (mainly because it took me so long to do and maintain regularly) but we have a very good 'user guide' for all you can do on the site and you can download that here. It's a bit of reading I know but it covers everything that's intractable. Plus we worked hard to make the 'Club' pages informative and comprehensive. The information you need is all on the site and if it isn't then please let me know and I will help.

Margaret do you want to fix the google map link? I thought we had a postcode that was working for this address?

I do not have access to do that unless you wish it in the comments.

Ok I fixed that - found the address in an older post.
