A look back at some of the humorous images produced a couple of years ago, prior to a similar event to be held later in the season (January 2013).

We have started filling up the Syllabus so keep looking. Let me know if you spot any typos or wrong dates.

The countdown has started - only three weeks to go.

Are new members welcome?

Have a few friends who are interested in coming along

Definitely Mark, please do bring your friends along.

The title of the opening night says it all > a warm welcome to Dumfries Camera Club.
Also encourage them to come along to the second meeting, it has to be billed as one of the great nights of the new season....

We let people come along once or twice before David demands money with menaces.

Not with menaces - honest; but the club draw will re-start on the opening night. Each entry costs £1, 50% of the money staked goes out to the winner, the rest goes to club funds.

More info will be posted on the bulletin board soon.

Card and chocolates are lovely,

Many thanks,

Rachel.

A brilliant website - thank you both for all your hard work.

Just a reminder to those who couldn't make to opening night that there is a new members' 'login guide' on how to use the website here.

I sent you a email but just found it BRILL well done too you both.

It was great to be back at the club last night and what an eye opener our newly revised website is. Even knowing what improvements Rachel and Ian were intending did not prepare me for what they have managed to achieve. Many thanks once again to both of you.

Hi folks - thanks for all your lovely comments, the card and the chocolates!!

I've noticed a couple of problems this morning with the small profile pictures (the wee picture of you that sits at the top of your gallery page). They keep disappearing, even after you've re-uploaded them. It looks like we need to fix something at our end (and then Ian will re-upload all your profile pics!).

The website is brilliant.  Even from an Italian beach!  Thank you Rachel, and Ian if you contributed.
