I've seen one of Margaret's presentations at Moat Brae on this subject - well worth coming to see. I'm an in-comer so many of the buildings were new to me; for all you Doonhamers it'll be a nostalga fest.

And a Club Draw too. A fresh one, with a fresh sheet. Please bring your £1s and have a modest flutter. Thank-you and Good Luck.

Margaret did a great job and a huge amount of work has gone into the project.  It is disappointing that there were so many empty seats.

Thanks for a fascinating talk Margaret. I hadn't realised that I was so ignorant about our local architecture.

Thank you for your comments. Simon at my previous talks and exhibitions, it is architects who are in the door first. Their comments are that they wish they had the time to do this research for themselves. I am now getting called Mrs Newall at the library.

I have never been interesred in history until I took up photography. I must say though that I am now fascinated about the history of this person, and the way people lived in these days brings it all to life. We go through life never thinking of the past.

If anyone can help guide me with making an ebook I would be very greatful.
